Worker pay

Payroll taxes
Employer FICA (Social Security and Medicare), FUTA and state unemployment (SUTA). We file and pay them.
Workers' comp
Every worker is our W-2 employee and covered by our workers' compensation policy on your site.
Liability insurance
General liability coverage. Certificates of insurance (COI) on request, naming you where needed.
Screening
Identity and work-eligibility checks, background checks and skills screening for the role.

No. Submitting sends your request to a dispatcher. Nothing is booked until we confirm the final rate and crew with you and you say go.
It depends on the city, the role and the headcount. Many same-day orders fill, especially in metros with an active crew. Your dispatcher tells you what we can deliver before you commit, and for anything within 12 hours, calling dispatch is the fastest route.
No sign-up fees and no long contract. First-time customers review and accept short service terms with their first order. Online accounts are opening soon; until then dispatch handles everything by phone, text and email.
One worker for one 4-hour shift. There is no minimum headcount, and we staff crews in the hundreds for events and projects.
Weekly, for approved hours only, at the all-in hourly rate. Payment terms are set up with your first order, and larger accounts can use consolidated invoicing and purchase-order numbers.
Yes. Tell your dispatcher who you liked, or mark them as favorites. Favorites get first offer on your future orders.

Workers bring basic personal gear for their role, like non-slip shoes or work boots. Put any site-specific PPE, tools or uniforms on the order and your dispatcher will confirm who provides what.
