From order to invoice, with a person on it the whole way.

The full flow

Every step, end to end.

Scroll through the life of an order. The yellow line is your order moving.

  1. Step 1 · Order

    Tell us the job

Role, headcount, date, shift length and site address. Add attire, PPE, certifications and who to report to. Order online in about two minutes or call dispatch.

    • Any role, any headcount
    • One-off or recurring
    • Online or by phone
  2. Step 2 · Quote

See the all-in rate up front

You see an indicative hourly rate while you fill in the order. It already includes pay, payroll taxes, workers' comp, insurance, screening and dispatch. No platform or sign-up fees.

    • Estimate as you type
    • Published rate card
    • Rush pricing shown before you book
  3. Step 3 · Match

Favorites first, then the best nearby

Your shift is offered in order: workers you've marked as favorites, then Gold and Platinum crew members near your site, then qualified workers in range. Everyone must hold the certifications your order lists.

    • 1. Your favorites
    • 2. Top-tier crews
    • 3. Qualified & nearby
  4. Step 4 · Confirm

    A dispatcher confirms every order

A real person checks the match, locks the final rate and calls or texts you with the confirmed crew. If we can't fill part of it, you hear that now, not at shift start.

    • Human check on every order
    • Honest coverage answer
    • Final rate in writing
  5. Step 5 · Show up

Check-in on site, crew lead on big jobs

Workers check in with GPS when they arrive, so dispatch sees who's on site in real time. On larger orders a crew lead runs roll call, hands out assignments and is your single point of contact.

    • GPS check-in
    • Crew lead option
    • Replacement if someone's missing
  6. Step 6 · Approve

Approve timesheets and rate the crew

After the shift you review hours, adjust breaks if needed and approve. Rate each worker. Five-star workers can become favorites; anyone you don't want back is blocked from your future orders.

    • Approve or dispute hours
    • Rate every worker
    • Favorite or block
  7. Step 7 · Invoice

    One weekly invoice

You're billed weekly for approved hours only, with every shift, worker and hour itemized. Multi-site accounts can roll up all locations onto one consolidated invoice.

    • Approved hours only
    • Itemized by shift
    • PO numbers supported

How matching works

The right people get the first call.

Reliability is the whole product. So we don't blast your shift to everyone at once. We offer it in rings, starting with the people you already trust.

Workers earn their tier by showing up. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum are based on attendance, ratings and shifts worked. After your favorites, Gold and Platinum workers get the next look at your shift, and only workers with the right certifications ever see it.

Add-ons

Make a big day bulletproof.

Three optional extras you can add to any order. Your dispatcher quotes them before you commit.

Crew lead / captain

A working lead from our top tier who runs check-in, briefs the crew on your rules, keeps breaks on schedule and reports to your manager. Billed at the lead's hourly rate.

Best for 10+ workers, events and multi-day projects

Standby worker

An extra worker booked to arrive with the crew, so a late cancellation never leaves you short. If everyone shows, keep them working or release them after the 4-hour minimum.

Best for events and shifts you can't run short

Top-rated booster

Limit your order to Gold and Platinum crew members only: our most reliable, highest-rated workers. Adds a small premium to the hourly rate, quoted before you book.

Best for VIP events, first shifts and high-stakes days

Why it works

Built around the complaints everyone has.

We read what businesses say about staffing agencies and shift apps: hidden prices, no one to call, crews that don't show. This process is our answer to each one.
