The Crew Pros Guarantee
If they don't show, you don't pay.
Two promises, in writing, on every order. No add-on, no extra fee, no fine print hidden from you. It's all on this page.
Promise 1
No-show replacement
If a confirmed worker doesn't show, your dispatcher sends a replacement. You are never billed for the missed time, and the replacement is billed only from the moment they check in.
- We watch check-ins live, so we often know before you do
- Replacement sent at no extra charge, even same-day rush
- If we can't replace them, that position is free for the shift
Promise 2
First-4-hours satisfaction
If you're not happy with a worker during their first 4 hours on their first shift with you, tell your dispatcher. You won't pay for those hours, and we'll send someone else.
- No debate, no form: tell dispatch and it's done
- That worker is blocked from your future orders if you want
- Replacement offered for the rest of the shift
Our fill promise
A straight answer before you commit.
We won't quote you a fill-rate percentage. Every city, role and date is different, and a number on a website can't tell you whether we'll fill your Saturday. A dispatcher can.
We tell you what we can fill
When we confirm your order, we tell you honestly how many workers we have lined up and how confident we are about the rest.
We tell you early
If an order starts looking short, you hear from us as soon as we know, not at shift start.
We keep working it
Unfilled spots stay open to our crew until the shift starts, unless you tell us to stop.
You only pay for who shows
Unfilled positions and no-shows are never billed. Ever.
Included on
every order
No add-on. No extra fee.
How to claim
Three steps. One phone call.
Claims are handled by the same dispatcher who runs your order, so there's no claims department to argue with.
Step 1
Tell dispatch
Call (800) 000-0000 or text your dispatcher. For a no-show, as soon as you notice. For a satisfaction claim, before the worker's first 4 hours are up.
- Phone or text
- 7 days a week
- 24/7 urgent line
Step 2
We act right away
Dispatch confirms the problem, logs it on your order and starts sending a replacement. You don't fill out a form or wait on a ticket.
- Logged on your order
- Replacement dispatched
Step 3
It comes off your invoice
The credit shows as its own line on that week's invoice, so you can see exactly what you didn't pay for.
- Itemized credit
- No chasing

1. Who it covers
The guarantee applies to every order for hourly temporary workers placed with Crew Staffing Pros, by any business customer, in any state we serve. It's included in the hourly rate and there's nothing to sign up for.
2. No-show replacement
- A no-show is a confirmed worker who hasn't checked in within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time and hasn't told dispatch they're running late.
- When a no-show happens, we'll dispatch a replacement at no additional charge. You're not billed for the no-show worker at all, and the replacement is billed from their check-in time.
- If we can't provide a replacement, you're not billed for that position for that shift.
- A worker who arrives late after telling dispatch is billed from check-in. If a late arrival causes a real problem, tell dispatch and we'll treat it as a satisfaction claim.
3. First-4-hours satisfaction
- Applies to each worker's first shift with your business.
- Tell your dispatcher before that worker has completed 4 hours on the shift. Tell us what went wrong; we use it to coach or remove the worker.
- You won't be billed for the hours that worker worked on that shift (up to 4), and we'll offer a replacement for the rest of it.
- You can block that worker from your future orders.
4. How credits work
Approved claims appear as an itemized credit on the invoice for that week. If the invoice has already been paid, the credit applies to your next invoice or is refunded on request. The guarantee credits the hourly charges for the affected worker only. It doesn't cover other costs, such as lost sales, overtime for your own staff or event penalties.
5. What isn't covered
- Shifts cancelled or shortened by you. Our cancellation policy and the 4-hour minimum apply instead. See pricing and fees.
- Workers turned away or sent home because the site wasn't ready, wasn't safe, or the job was materially different from the order (for example, different duties, heavier lifting or missing PPE the order said you'd provide).
- Delays or closures caused by severe weather, emergencies or other events outside anyone's control.
- Workers you hired or scheduled directly, outside a Crew Staffing Pros order.
- Claims made after the shift ends. For a satisfaction claim, tell us within the worker's first 4 hours.
6. Fair use
The guarantee is there for real problems, and we'll honor it without argument. If claims on an account become a pattern that suggests misuse, we'll talk to you about it first. We may then review the account's terms, with notice.
7. Custom agreements
Enterprise and multi-site customers with a signed service agreement follow the guarantee terms in that agreement. Where it's silent, these terms apply.
Why a guarantee
Reliability is the product. So we put it in writing.
Few staffing companies put a no-show promise for day-to-day shifts in writing. We think if you're paying for a crew, you should know what happens when one doesn't show.
Workers who no-show lose tier status and shift priority. Reliability is how our crew earns Gold and Platinum.
FAQ
Guarantee questions.
A confirmed worker who doesn't check in within 30 minutes of the scheduled start and hasn't told dispatch they're running late. Workers who call ahead and arrive late are billed only from the time they check in.
Immediately. Dispatch is usually already working on it by the time you call, because we watch check-ins live. How fast a replacement arrives depends on your location, the role and the time of day, and your dispatcher will give you an honest ETA.
Then you pay nothing for that position on that shift. We'll tell you straight away so you can plan around it.
It applies to each worker on their first shift with your business. Once you've approved a worker's first shift, they're a known quantity, and you can block them from future orders anytime.
