Our commitment

Crew Staffing Pros is committed to making our website, apps and hiring process usable by people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of how we build, not a one-time project, and we keep improving as we learn.

The standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, limited movement, speech disabilities, and cognitive and learning disabilities.

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML, headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate each page.
  • Provide a “skip to content” link and full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
  • Label form fields clearly and announce errors in text, not only with color.
  • Choose color combinations with strong contrast, including our yellow-and-black brand colors.
  • Respect your device's “reduce motion” setting by minimizing animations.
  • Design mobile-first so pages work at large zoom levels and on small screens.
  • Write in plain language with short sentences.
  • Test pages with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen reader checks.

Other ways to reach us

If any part of our website or app is hard to use, you do not have to use it. You can:

  • Apply for work or order workers by phone: call (800) 000-0000, 24/7.
  • Apply by text: text JOBS to (800) 000-0000.
  • Email us: hello@crewstaffingpros.com.

A member of our team will help you complete the same steps and get the same information.

Accommodations in hiring and at work

We provide reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants and workers with disabilities, and for pregnancy-related limitations and sincerely held religious beliefs, as required by law. That can include help completing the application, a different format for onboarding materials, an interpreter, or adjustments to an assignment.

To request an accommodation, tell any dispatcher or contact us at (800) 000-0000 or hello@crewstaffingpros.com. Requests are handled confidentially and will never count against you. See our Equal Employment Opportunity statement for more.

Known limitations

Some content comes from third parties, such as embedded maps, app store pages, pay card providers and background check portals, and may not fully meet our standard. Where we rely on these services, we choose accessible options when available and offer the phone and text alternatives above.

Feedback

If you run into a barrier, please tell us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and the device or assistive technology you were using. Email hello@crewstaffingpros.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line or call (800) 000-0000. We aim to respond within five business days.
