Crew tiers

Show up. Level up.

Four tiers, clear rules and real perks. Every shift you work well moves you closer to first pick of the best shifts, bigger bonuses and crew lead roles.

Moving up and down

Fair rules you can actually follow.

No hidden score and no mystery algorithm. Here's everything that moves your tier.

Moving up

  • Automatic. We check every day and notify you the moment you qualify.
  • Hit every requirement for the next tier: shifts, rating and attendance.
  • Perks start right away, including on shifts posted that same day.

Moving down

  • 3 late cancels or 1 no-show in 30 days moves you down one tier.
  • If your average rating drops below your tier's floor, you get a heads-up and 30 days to bring it back before anything changes.
  • You only ever drop one tier at a time. Shifts you already claimed stay yours.

Bouncing back

  • Late cancels and no-shows roll off after the 30-day window (90 days for Platinum's no-show rule).
  • Your completed shifts never reset. Once the window is clean, you climb straight back.
  • Documented emergencies are reviewed by a dispatcher, not a robot, and can be removed.

The perks

What the climb is worth.

Higher tiers aren't a badge for show. They change which shifts you get and how much they pay.

First pick of shiftsNew shifts are released to higher tiers first. Platinum and Gold see the best shifts before anyone else, right after a client's own favorite workers.
Booster bonusesHard-to-fill shifts (holidays, late nights, last-minute) can carry a bonus on top of your rate. Silver and up are eligible, and higher tiers get higher boosters.
Priority supportGold and Platinum calls and chats go to the front of the dispatch queue. Platinum workers get a named dispatcher.
Favorite-worker invitesWhen a client marks you as a favorite, you get invited to their shifts directly, often before they're posted to anyone.
Crew lead rolesPlatinum workers can be offered paid crew lead and captain roles: running check-in, briefing the team and being the client's go-to on site.

Tier FAQ

The fine print, in big print.

See the attendance rules on the Find Work page.

Every day, on a rolling basis. When you hit the requirements for the next tier, you move up automatically and get a notification. You don't have to apply for it.

Cancelling a shift less than 12 hours before it starts. Cancelling 12 or more hours ahead doesn't count against you at all.

Not showing up for a shift you claimed without cancelling or contacting dispatch. If you're running late, message dispatch: late with notice is handled very differently from not coming.

Contact dispatch as soon as you can. A dispatcher reviews documented emergencies, like a hospital visit or a car accident, and can remove the late cancel or no-show from your record.

The client rates each shift. Your tier uses your average across all rated shifts, so one bad day won't sink you. If you think a rating is unfair, flag it in the app and dispatch will look into it.

No. Shifts you've already claimed stay yours. Moving down only changes how early you see new shifts and which bonuses you're eligible for.

No. There's no minimum. Tiers reward reliability and quality, not volume. You'll just climb faster if you work more.

Everyone starts at Bronze. Where you go is up to you.
