Pay stubs & W-2s in the app
Every shift gets an itemized stub: hours, rate, overtime, tips and taxes. Your W-2 is posted there by January 31.
Overtime
Over 40 hours in a workweek is paid at 1.5× your rate. In states with daily overtime rules (like California), we follow those too.
Tips
Tips are yours, on top of your hourly rate. Tipped roles are marked on the shift so you know before you claim it.
Show-up pay
If you arrive on time and the client cancels or sends you home before your shift starts, you still get a show-up payment.
Where state or local law requires it, you also earn paid sick leave as you work. Your balance is shown in the app next to your pay stubs.

Once your hours are approved (most are confirmed automatically from your GPS clock-in and clock-out), we send your pay the next day. When it shows up in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
Next-day and weekly pay are always free. If instant pay carries a transfer fee, the app shows it before you confirm, and you can always wait for free next-day pay instead.
Tap the shift in the app and flag it, or message dispatch. We check GPS times with the client and correct it. Corrections are paid in the next pay run.
Yes. You're a W-2 employee, so taxes are withheld from every paycheck and your W-2 is posted in the app by January 31 for the prior year.
No. Choose a pay card during onboarding and your pay loads to it. You can use it anywhere cards are accepted and at ATMs.
Tips are yours, on top of your hourly rate. Credit-card and event tips that come through us are added to your paycheck. Cash tips from guests stay in your pocket (report them for taxes as required).
