How to share

Share your link. Or just say your name.

There are three ways to make sure the referral is credited to you. Any one of them works.

  • Your personal link in the appOpen the app, tap Refer and share your link. Anyone who applies through it is tagged to you automatically.
  • The invite on this pageBuild a message with your name, then send it by text, WhatsApp or email. Your friend just types your name when they apply.
  • Tell dispatchBringing a friend along in person? Let dispatch know before their first shift and we'll attach the referral.

The rules

Short, clear, and no gotchas.

We want you to get paid for every good person you bring in. These rules just keep it fair for everyone.

You're an active Crew Pros worker in good standing when the bonus is paid.
Your friend is new to Crew Staffing Pros and hasn't applied or worked with us before.
Your friend names you (name or phone) in the “Referred by” box, uses your link, or you tell dispatch before their first shift.
Your friend completes 40 paid hours within 90 days of their first shift.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and referrals of former workers don't qualify.
The bonus is paid as wages on your regular paycheck. Terms can change; changes never affect a referral already in progress.

Questions about referrals.

The current referral bonus is shown in the app under Refer. It can vary by market and role. The amount in effect on the day your friend applies is the amount you get.

In the next regular pay run after your friend completes their 40th paid hour. It shows as its own line on your pay stub.

Yes. Because you're a W-2 employee, the referral bonus is paid as wages, so normal taxes are withheld.

Message dispatch before your friend's first shift and we'll attach the referral. After that we can't add it, so ask them to name you when they apply.

Refer as many friends as you like. Each new worker who hits 40 hours earns you a separate bonus.

Business referrals are welcome too. Send them to our Hire a Crew page and let your dispatcher know. Those are handled separately from the worker referral bonus.
