Why work with us

Flexible like an app. Protected like a real job.

Gig apps give you flexibility and leave you on your own. Old-school agencies give you a job and make you sit in a branch at 5 AM. We give you both halves done right.

Next-day pay

Work today, get paid tomorrow by direct deposit or pay card. Instant pay and weekly pay are there if you want them.

Pick your shifts

No set schedule, no minimum hours. Claim the shifts that fit around school, family or your other job.

Real W-2 job

You're our employee, not a gig contractor. Workers' comp on every shift, taxes handled, overtime paid by law.

Paid sick leave

You earn paid sick leave wherever state or local law requires it, and it's tracked right in the app.

Free training

Short videos on safety, service and site rules before your first shift. Earn certifications that pay more.

Crew tiers

Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum. Show up, earn great ratings and unlock first pick of the best shifts.

What you need to start.

The list is short on purpose. If you can show up on time and work hard, there's a shift for you.

Start my application
18 or olderSome bar and event roles require 21+ where the law says so.
Authorized to work in the U.S.You'll complete a Form I-9 with valid documents during onboarding.
A phone that can textA smartphone makes it easiest, but you can start the whole process by text.
A way to get to shiftsOwn car, transit, rideshare or bike. Set how far you'll travel and we'll only show shifts in range.
A background checkOne check, paid by us. We follow fair-chance hiring laws, and you can always respond before any decision is made from a report.
Certifications for some rolesForklift, food handler, TIPS, OSHA-10 or flagger cards open up higher-paying shifts. Many roles need none.

Attendance, explained fairly

Simple rules. No surprises.

Clients count on the crew that shows up, so reliability matters. But we write the rules so they're easy to follow and fair to you, too.

Cancel early, no problem

Can't make it? Cancel in the app 12 or more hours before the shift starts and it doesn't count against you. The shift goes back to the crew.

What affects your tier

3 late cancels (under 12 hours' notice) or 1 no-show within 30 days moves you down a tier. Stay clean for 30 days and you start climbing again.

How tiers work →

Client cancels? You still get paid

If you arrive on time and the client cancels or sends you home before the shift starts, you get paid a show-up amount. It's listed on the shift before you claim it.

Real emergencies happen. Call or message dispatch right away. A dispatcher reviews documented emergencies (like a hospital visit) instead of a computer auto-penalizing you.

Crew tiers

Show up. Level up.

Every shift you work well moves you up the ladder. Higher tiers get first pick of shifts, booster bonuses, priority support and a shot at paid crew lead roles.

No resume. Many roles need no experience at all, like general labor, event setup, dishwashing and cleanup. For skilled roles (line cook, forklift, carpenter) tell us your experience and certifications in the application and we'll match you to the right shifts.

Most people finish onboarding in a day or two: upload your ID, sign your tax forms, set up pay, complete one background check and watch the short training videos. We send you a status update within 24 hours at every step, so you're never left guessing.

Next-day pay is the default. Work a shift, your hours are approved, and the money goes to your bank account or pay card the next day (bank posting times vary). You can also choose instant pay or a weekly check. See the full details on the pay page.

You're a W-2 employee of Crew Staffing Pros. We withhold taxes, cover workers' compensation on every shift and send your W-2 at tax time. You don't have to track your own taxes like a 1099 gig worker.

Yes. You pick the shifts you want in the app. Work one shift a month or six a week. There's no minimum, and you're never punished for not claiming shifts.

Life happens. Cancel in the app as early as you can. Cancelling 12 or more hours before the shift doesn't count against you. Three late cancels, or one no-show, in 30 days affects your crew tier. Talk to dispatch about real emergencies.

If you arrive on time and the client cancels or sends you home before the shift starts, you still get paid a show-up amount. It's listed on the shift before you claim it.

No. There are no sign-up fees and the background check is on us. If a shift needs a specific dress code (for example black pants and non-slip shoes), it says so on the shift before you claim it.

Yes. Pick Español in the application or text JOBS and tell us you prefer Spanish. We have Spanish-speaking recruiters and dispatchers.

Yes. Many clients use temp-to-hire. If a client wants to hire you, your dispatcher walks you through the offer, and there's never a fee for you.

Your next shift is a few taps away.
