Yes. Every worker is a W-2 employee of Crew Staffing Pros, background-checked and covered by our workers' compensation, which is the big difference from hiring cash day labor.
What's being moved or done, weights, stairs, weather exposure, tools needed and parking. The more we know, the better the match and the safer the job.
Workers bring basic gear like gloves and boots. List anything else (dollies, blankets, rakes) and tell us whether you supply it.
You approve the hours and get one invoice. We handle payroll, taxes and paperwork because we are the employer.
