For workers
No experience? These jobs start this week.
Most of the shifts we fill don't need a resume, a certificate or a work history. Event setup, warehouse packing, dishwashing, event cleanup, moving, general labor: if you're 18, can show up on time and are ready to work, there's a shift for you. Short training videos before your first shift, a W-2 job with workers' comp, and pay the next day once your hours are approved.
- No resume
- No fees
- Free training
- Next-day pay
- W-2 employee

*Typical U.S. hourly range, estimate, from our published rate card; local pay varies by city, shift and certifications. The exact rate, and whether the role is tipped, is on every shift before you claim it. How pay works
Jobs that need a card, not experience
Some of our best-paid roles just need a certificate.
We tell you exactly which card a shift needs before you claim it, and most cards cost $10–$50 and take an afternoon.
| Role | What you need first |
|---|---|
| Server, barista, line and prep cook, banquet and catering server | A food handler card in the nine states that require one (and most employers want it everywhere). Food handler card |
| Bartender and barback at the bar | An alcohol server permit or a TIPS / ServSafe Alcohol certificate in most states, and you must be 21 to pour in many of them. TIPS certification |
| Flagger | A state-accepted flagger card (ATSSA, NSC or the state course). Flagger |
| Forklift operator | A forklift certification plus a site evaluation. Forklift certification |
| Construction laborer and trade helpers | An OSHA-10 card is listed as "helpful" on our role pages and required by many job sites. OSHA 10 explained |
Start in a no-card role, earn the card while you work, and your shift offers widen.
What "no experience" means here
No work history needed. Training included.
It means you don't need a work history to be approved. It doesn't mean nobody will teach you anything.
Free training before your first shift
Short videos on safety, service and site rules, watched on your phone. Some roles add a 10-minute module (chemical safety, ladder safety).
A briefing for every shift
Where to park, who to report to, what to wear and bring, what the work is, all in the app before you claim.
A safety orientation on site
The client's lead walks you through the hazards and the plan on day one; it's part of every order we take.
A dispatcher 7 days a week
Lost, late, wrong address, no one at the gate: text or call and a real person fixes it.
Zero to your first shift
Five steps, all from your phone.
Apply
Four minutes online, or call (954) 466-1522. Pick as many roles as you want; more roles means more shift offers.
Onboard from your phone
Photo of your ID and work authorization (Form I-9), a W-4, direct deposit or a pay card, and one background check that we pay for, done once. We update you within 24 hours at every step.
Watch the training videos
On your couch, before you claim anything.
Claim a shift
Pay, hours, dress code and location are on every shift up front. Start with one you can definitely make.
Show up, work, get paid
Show up early, clock in with GPS, work, clock out. Hours are approved (usually automatically) and your pay goes out the next day.
First-shift checklist: what to wear and bring. Paperwork that speeds things up: how to get hired fast. How the money works: next-day pay jobs.
What you need to start
The list is short on purpose.
- ■ 18 or older. Some bar and event roles require 21+ where the law says so.
- ■ Authorized to work in the U.S. You'll complete a Form I-9 with valid documents during onboarding.
- ■ A phone that can text. A smartphone makes it easiest, but you can start the whole process with one phone call.
- ■ A way to get to shifts. Car, transit, rideshare or bike. Set how far you'll travel and we only show shifts in range.
- ■ A background check. One check, paid by us. We follow fair-chance hiring laws, and you can always respond before any decision is made from a report.
- ■ No resume, no interview room, no fees.
After your first shift
Turn it into regular work.
- ■ Be early. Clients rate every worker; your rating and your show-up record are what move you up the crew tiers and get you first pick of shifts.
- ■ Don't claim what you can't make. Cancelling 12 or more hours before a shift costs you nothing; three late cancels or one no-show in 30 days moves you down a tier.
- ■ Say yes to the shifts others skip. Weekends, overnights and last-minute orders sit open longest and are the fastest way to build a record. Weekend jobs
- ■ Get one card. A food handler card or OSHA-10 takes an afternoon and opens the next pay band.
- ■ Get favorited. Clients can save you as a favorite, and favorites get first offer on that client's shifts.

For the roles in the first table, no. You need to be 18, authorized to work, reachable by phone, able to get to the shift and willing to work. Everything job-specific is covered in the training videos and the on-site orientation.
Yes: short videos before your first shift, a briefing on every shift, and a safety orientation on site. It's not a certification program; it's what you need to do the job safely on day one.
Event setup, event cleanup, picker/packer and general labor are the most common first shifts: clear instructions, a lead on site, and a crew around you.
Apply in four minutes, finish onboarding from your phone, and we update you within 24 hours at every step. Once you're approved you can claim any open shift you qualify for.
