How peak really runs
Peak season, staffed the way you actually run it.
Peak does not arrive as one number. It arrives as a ramp: a first wave you train properly, a second wave that carries the bulk of the volume, and a flex crew you size against the trailers that actually show up. We book all three.
2–4 weeks before peak
Wave 1
A smaller recurring crew you train thoroughly. The best of them become your peak-week leads.
1–2 weeks before peak
Wave 2
The bulk of your seasonal headcount, trained with help from wave 1.
During peak
Flex crew
Day-to-day workers booked against actual daily volume, same-day rush available.
Recurring orders keep the same workers coming back, which fills faster and trains once. Tell your dispatcher the weekly headcount forecast and we build the waves with you. The full planning method is in our warehouse peak season staffing plan, the month-by-month Q4 hiring plan and the 2026 peak-season dates and pay guide.

Forklift operators
How we handle OSHA's rule.
OSHA's powered industrial truck standard requires operators to be trained and evaluated before they operate a forklift, and evaluated on your equipment at your site. So: we send operators with forklift training and experience, and your site confirms they can run your specific trucks before they drive. Build that evaluation into the first hour of the first shift; we tell operators to expect it.

Every order
What every peak order includes.
No-show replacement
If a confirmed worker hasn't checked in within 30 minutes of start and hasn't told dispatch they're late, we send a replacement and you're never billed for the missed time. Guarantee terms
First-4-hours satisfaction
Not happy with a worker in their first 4 hours on their first shift? Tell dispatch. You don't pay for those hours and we send someone else.
An honest fill answer
We don't quote a fill-rate percentage. When we confirm your order we tell you how many workers are lined up and how confident we are about the rest, and you hear early if a shift is running short.
Live dispatch 7 days a week
A real dispatcher on your order every day of the week, plus a 24/7 line for urgent problems.
Paperwork handled
W-2 payroll, I-9 and work-eligibility checks, background checks by role, workers' comp and general liability. COI naming your site on request.
Approved hours only
Timesheets approved by your lead; one weekly invoice with credits itemized.

Yes, every worker is a Crew Staffing Pros W-2 employee covered by our workers' comp policy on your site. Nothing is 1099.
