For workers
Weekend jobs that pay next day
Saturday brunch, Friday banquets, overnight warehouse shifts, Sunday event breakdown. Weekend and evening shifts are the easiest hourly work to get because fewer people want them, and with Crew Staffing Pros every one of them pays the next day once your hours are approved. You pick the shifts; there's no minimum.

Why weekends
The easiest shifts to get.
Restaurants, caterers, event venues, warehouses and cleaning companies do most of their work when everyone else is off. Fewer workers set Saturday-night or 5 a.m. Sunday availability, so weekend shifts sit open longer and get offered to more people. If you can work weekends, you'll see more offers, you'll build your record faster, and clients remember the people who saved their Saturday.
Setting weekend and evening availability in your profile is the single quickest way to get more shift offers. How to get more shifts

How weekend shifts work
Set it, claim it, work it, get paid.
Set your availability
In your profile, mark the days and times you can work: Saturdays only, Friday and Saturday nights, Sunday mornings, overnights. You only get offers you can actually take.
Claim the shifts you want
New shifts are released to higher tiers first; a client's saved favorites always get first offer on that client's shifts. Everything else is open to anyone approved for the role.
Work it, clock in and out on site
GPS clock-in in the app when you arrive; clock out when you finish.
Get paid the next day
Hours are approved (usually automatically) and your pay is sent the next day to your bank or pay card. Weekends and bank holidays can add a day for direct deposit, depending on your bank.

What weekend work pays extra
Tips, boosters, overtime, show-up pay.
Tips
Tipped roles (server, bartender, barback, banquet server and others) pay tips on top of your hourly rate. Credit-card and event tips that come through us are added to your pay; cash tips stay in your pocket.
Booster bonuses
Hard-to-fill shifts, like holidays, late nights and last-minute orders, can carry a bonus on top of your rate. Silver tier and above are eligible, higher tiers get higher boosters, and the bonus is shown on the shift before you claim it. Crew tiers
Overtime
Over 40 hours in a workweek is paid at 1.5× your rate, across all the shifts you work for us that week. In states with daily overtime rules (like California) we follow those too.
Show-up pay
If you arrive on time and the client cancels or sends you home before the shift starts, you still get a show-up payment. The amount is listed on the shift.
Working weekends around another job
Keep it sustainable.
Most of our weekend workers have something else going on: a weekday job, school, family. A few things that help.
- ■ Keep your availability current so you're only offered shifts you can take.
- ■ Don't claim a shift you might not make. Cancelling 12 or more hours before the shift costs you nothing; three late cancels or one no-show in 30 days moves you down a tier.
- ■ Leave time between jobs to eat, travel and rest, and check transit schedules for when a late shift ends, not just when it starts.
- ■ Pick up two shifts a month or build a full weekend schedule. Both are fine. There's no minimum and you're never penalized for not claiming shifts.
