Staffing solutions

Six ways to staff. One team behind all of them.

Tonight's call-out, next month's festival or the forklift lead you want to keep for ten years. Pick what fits, or let a dispatcher help you decide.

01

Temporary staffing

A shift, a day, a week. Workers when you need them, gone when you don't.

Our core service. Order workers by the shift, pay one all-in hourly rate for approved hours, and let us handle payroll, taxes, insurance and no-shows.

When to use it

  • Call-outs and last-minute gaps
  • Seasonal peaks and holidays
  • Covering leave or vacations
  • Short jobs that don't justify a hire

How it works

  1. 1.4-hour minimum per shift
  2. 2.Same-day orders welcome
  3. 3.Workers are our W-2 employees
02

Temp-to-hire

Watch them work before you make an offer.

Bring someone on as a temp, see how they handle real shifts on your site, then hire them onto your payroll. The conversion fee drops as they work more hours with you, and it's $0 after a set number of hours.

When to use it

  • You have a permanent opening but hiring has burned you before
  • You want to test fit, attendance and skills first
  • You need someone now and a permanent hire eventually

How it works

  1. 1.Tell dispatch it's a temp-to-hire role
  2. 2.Favorite the workers you'd hire
  3. 3.Convert when you're ready, fee shrinks with hours
03

Direct hire

We find them, you employ them from day one.

For roles you want on your own payroll from the start, like kitchen leads, shift supervisors, forklift leads or site foremen. We source, screen and present candidates; you interview and make the offer.

When to use it

  • Supervisors and leads
  • Hard-to-fill skilled roles
  • You'd rather not run the job ads and screening yourself

How it works

  1. 1.Tell us the role, pay and schedule
  2. 2.We screen and send a shortlist
  3. 3.One-time placement fee, agreed in writing up front
04

Large events & projects

Fifty servers Saturday. Eighty laborers for a two-week build.

One order, one dispatcher and one invoice for big headcounts. We plan staffing with you ahead of time, add crew leads and standby workers, and run check-in on the day.

When to use it

  • Festivals, conventions, stadium and arena events
  • Weddings, galas and corporate banquets
  • Construction phases, cleanouts and site cleanups
  • Warehouse launches, inventory counts and retail resets

How it works

  1. 1.Planning call before the event
  2. 2.Crew leads for every group
  3. 3.Standby workers for no-show cover
05

Recurring crews

Same shift every week, same faces showing up.

Set a standing order and we keep your favorites on it week after week. Your crew learns your site, your menu or your racking, and you stop training strangers.

When to use it

  • Weekend brunch or banquet rotations
  • Weekly truck unloads
  • Nightly cleaning or porter coverage
  • Ongoing site labor

How it works

  1. 1.Standing weekly order
  2. 2.Favorites get first offer every week
  3. 3.Change headcount with 24 hours' notice
06

On-site managed crews

A crew that runs itself, with our lead on your floor.

For ongoing programs with larger daily headcounts, we assign a dedicated on-site crew lead who handles attendance, assignments, breaks and timesheets, and reports to your manager. You manage outcomes, not roll call.

When to use it

  • Daily headcount of roughly 15 or more
  • Multiple shifts or departments
  • Your managers are stretched thin

How it works

  1. 1.Dedicated on-site lead
  2. 2.Daily attendance reports
  3. 3.Regular reviews with your team

Every solution, every industry

Whatever the crew, we staff it.

All six solutions work across restaurants, events, construction, warehouse, general labor and cleaning.

FAQ

Choosing the right fit.

Still not sure? Ask us and we'll recommend one honestly, even if it's the cheaper one.

With temp-to-hire the worker starts as our W-2 employee and you convert them later, so you see them work first. With direct hire, the person is your employee from day one and we're paid a one-time placement fee.

For short or unpredictable needs, temporary staffing, because you pay only for hours worked. For a steady full-time role you'll fill for years, hiring direct usually costs less per hour. Temp-to-hire sits in between and lowers the risk of a bad hire.

Yes. Many customers run a recurring core crew, add temps for peaks, and convert the best workers to their own payroll.

Only if the job does. Put certifications like forklift, OSHA-10, food handler or alcohol server on the order and we only send workers who have them.
