Definition
A do not return (DNR) request is when a business asks the staffing agency not to send a particular worker again. It is the client's right and usually needs no long explanation, though a short reason helps the agency coach the worker or spot a pattern. A DNR at one client does not automatically end a worker's employment with the agency. The opposite list, often called favorites or a preferred crew, lets a business request the same trusted workers shift after shift.
