Shift order

A shift order is a business's request to a staffing agency for workers. A complete order lists the role, number of workers, date, start and end times, exact address and entrance, on-site contact, dress code, required PPE and certifications, tasks, physical demands, parking and break details, and any purchase order number. The clearer the order, the better the match. Missing details, like "bring steel-toe boots" or "use the loading dock entrance," are a leading cause of late arrivals and the wrong crew showing up.
